Overview With the majority of Financial Services companies being owned by foreign parent-companies and the market becoming ever more international, it is essential for aspiring Retail Banking professionals to have not only a good general level of English but also, a thorough understanding of English terminology specific to the Retail Banking sector. Designed for intermediate level speakers join us for a one-day, practical and intensive language event designed specifically for Retail Banking professionals. This event takes place on 15th of July in the centre of Prague. Please be advised that class numbers will be minimised to ensure a good level of delegate participation and therefore, please make your reservation as soon as possible. LANGUAGE LEVEL REQUIRED: intermediate All delegates must be able to converse confidently (but not necessarily fluently) in English and must have at least a general understanding of the various disciplines and product areas found in the Insurance industry. This is an opportunity to practice English and therefore, the tutor will ask all delegates to converse ONLY in English throughout the day (including all activities, coffee breaks and lunch). THE TRAINER Matthew is a highly experienced Business English teacher, executive language coach and corporate linguistics consultant. He has gained insightful knowledge and practical expertise in numerous and varied sectors of business from his work with insurance and banking institutions in Great Britain, utilities and engineering companies in Germany and film production companies in the Czech Republic.
