We are always interested to hear from those individuals who are interested to chair our conferences. Ideally, a chair person should be; knowledge in the relevant subject area, comfortable directing and guiding all discussions, happy presenting to and managing a large group of delegates - to ensure the maximum participation and enjoyment of all delegates.

How do we write our programmes and invite speakers?
We work hard to ensure that our conference programmes follow a well planned and logical structure and always address the most pertinent and strategic issues. Our thoroughly researched agendas aim to match the right speaker to the right topic. We therefore do not do a “call for papers” or ask people to submit potential presentations. Instead, the Conference Producers, who are responsible for writing the programmes and securing senior-level speakers across all of our events, invite executives from key 'core' companies within the sector to present case studies or address a key issue affecting the industry.

Information for advisors or suppliers to industry
Do you want to raise your organisation’s profile as a leading advisor or supplier to one of our industry sectors? If you are an advisor or supplier (such as a consultant, IT firm, lawyer or accountant) to our “core” market, we are always interested to hear from you.
Information for Communications Departments & PR agencies
Our conference programmes focus on strategic issues and therefore often cover important policy or regulatory initiatives. Speakers often use our events as a platform to communicate key messages, challenge the current government or regulatory thinking and promote new ideas.

When are speaking places available?
Following extensive research and consultation with key industry executives, we start inviting our target list of speakers about six months before a conference is due to take place.
